Who is responsible
Quantlume is a project operated by Kasper Larsen, who is responsible for the waitlist data collected on this website. Use the request form below to contact us about your personal data.
What we collect and why
When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, signup time, the wording and version of your consent, and the signup source. We use these records to manage the waitlist and send Quantlume launch updates and early-access invitations. This processing is based on your consent. Joining is optional.
For abuse prevention, we temporarily store a keyed hash of your network address and a request counter for up to one hour. We do not store your raw network address in the lead records. Your hosting provider may keep separate operational access logs. Abuse prevention is based on the legitimate interest in protecting the website.
Storage and sharing
Waitlist records are stored on the website's hosting server. They are accessible to the project operator and the hosting provider as needed to operate the service. We do not sell your email address. If we use an email delivery provider for updates, it will process the information needed to send those updates on our behalf. Provider and transfer details will be updated before such a service is introduced.
Retention
Waitlist records are retained for up to 18 months from signup, unless you withdraw consent or request deletion sooner. Records older than this are removed during the next signup or admin operation. We review the list before sending updates. Website backups may retain older records until the hosting backup retention period expires; deleted contacts must remain suppressed if a backup is restored.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent and remove your address using the unsubscribe page. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need to verify your identity before providing personal data.
You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency or your local supervisory authority.
Cookies and automated decisions
The public landing page does not use analytics, advertising cookies or third-party embedded content. The restricted admin area uses a necessary session cookie. Waitlist signup does not involve profiling or automated investment decisions.
